FREQUENT ASKED QUESTIONS
Coaching, in its simplest form, is a journey of partnership through meaningful conversation.
A coaching conversation is different from an ordinary conversation. In this space, the coach does not view the challenges, struggles, or stuck points in your life as something that is wrong with you or needs to be “fixed.”
Instead, the coach creates a safe, trusting, and non-judgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences openly.
Rather than focusing solely on solving problems at the surface level, or revisiting past wounds in search of healing, coaching works primarily in the present while looking toward the future. Through the coaching process, you are supported in recognizing and transforming the patterns of thinking, beliefs, and perspectives that often sit beneath the challenges you see on the surface.
As your mindset shifts, new possibilities emerge, allowing you to move forward with greater clarity, intention, and self-trust.

What is Coaching?
What is your coaching approach based on?
2
The biggest difference in my approach is the integration of human behavior science into the coaching process, rather than relying solely on traditional coaching methods.
In traditional coaching, coaches often focus primarily on asking powerful questions that help clients uncover their own blind spots and insights. While this approach can be effective, it may sometimes take considerable time before the underlying patterns become visible.
In my work, I draw on human behavior science to identify the thinking patterns, assumptions, and unconscious habits that may be creating obstacles in your life. When I notice a pattern that appears to be a significant blind spot, I will actively bring it into the conversation and explore it with you in real time.
By helping you recognize these hidden patterns earlier, you can gain clarity more quickly and avoid spending unnecessary time and energy feeling stuck or going in circles.
Once the underlying barriers become clear, I continue to support you through thoughtful coaching questions that expand your perspective, challenge limiting assumptions, and open up new possibilities. From there, you are empowered to discover solutions that feel authentic, practical, and aligned with your own life and values.
My role is not to tell you what to do, but to help you see what may have been invisible, so that you can make conscious choices with greater clarity, confidence, and self-trust.
What is the difference between coaching and psychotherapy?
3
Psychotherapy focuses on assessing, understanding, and healing emotional wounds, inner conflicts, or difficult experiences from the past. It is a clinical profession and an essential form of support for individuals experiencing mental health challenges that require therapeutic intervention and recovery.
Coaching, on the other hand, begins in the present and looks toward the future.
My coaching approach helps you recognize the thinking patterns, beliefs, and habits that may have been shaped by past experiences but are now creating obstacles in your current life. However, rather than returning to the past to resolve these experiences as psychotherapy does, coaching focuses on what is happening in the present and how you want to move forward.
There are situations where psychotherapy may be a more appropriate form of support than coaching, particularly if you are experiencing challenges that require assessment, diagnosis, or treatment by a qualified mental health professional, such as:
Anxiety, depression, or prolonged stress that significantly impacts your daily life.
Emotional wounds, trauma, or past experiences that are causing symptoms which interfere with your work, relationships, or everyday functioning.
Mental health concerns that require clinical intervention or specialized therapeutic treatment.
In these circumstances, psychotherapy is often the more suitable path.
Coaching and psychotherapy are not opposing approaches. They serve different purposes and can complement one another at different stages of a person's journey. If you are unsure which form of support is right for you, we can explore your current situation together during an initial conversation and determine what would best serve your needs at this time.
The investment for your coaching journey will be discussed after our initial conversation, once I have a deeper understanding of your situation, goals, and the support that would best serve you.
Our first 60-minute conversation is completely complimentary, with no obligation or commitment. It is an opportunity for you to learn more about my approach, ask any questions you may have, and explore whether we are the right fit before making any decisions.
Coaching is a meaningful investment of time, energy, and financial resources. For this reason, flexible payment plans are available, allowing you to spread the investment across installments if that feels more manageable for you.
What are your coaching service fees? Is installment payment available?

What if, after some time, I feel that coaching is not the right fit for me?
5
Your comfort, trust, and sense of safety are always my highest priorities. You are free to pause or end the coaching journey at any time if you feel it is no longer the right fit for you. I will fully respect your decision.
I believe coaching is most effective when both coach and client feel ready and genuinely committed to the process.
If you decide to stop, the only thing I ask is that you let me know in advance. This allows us to bring the journey to a thoughtful and respectful close, honoring the work we have done together.
